Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order in our Hamilton studio and shipped tracked, New Zealand wide.

 

Making and delivery times: most pieces are made and shipped within 3–5 working days. Large-format pieces (cake stands, welcome sign lettering, business signage) ship within 5–7 working days. Courier delivery typically adds 1–3 working days.

 

Shipping rates: small items (cake toppers, ring boxes, balloon weights) $7 · standard items (name signs, table numbers, place names, party letters) $10 · large items (cake stands, welcome lettering, signage) $15. Orders over $150 ship free.

 

Wedding orders: please order at least 2–3 weeks before your date (noted on each listing). Orders are prioritised by event date — add your date at checkout and we'll make sure it arrives in good time.

 

If anything arrives damaged, email us photos within 7 days and we'll replace it free — see our Return and Refund Policy.
